Ronen Levy created Simply Delicious with the idea in mind that guests would feel as though they were eating in his living room.
His love of cooking and food has led him to search for a wide range of flavours – from his native Israel to his adopted China and in the many other countries he has visited as a Healer and Far Eastern antiques dealer.
He has always used the best fresh high-quality foods as a starting point for his dishes.
